Refund policy

 

Return Policy:

For ready designed cutters, returns can be accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery, if the product has a defect or damaged that was not caused by misuse.

You can also exchange the product if it is returned in its original condition. Please note if the seller has determined that the returned product has been used, no refund will be given.

For custom designed cutters, NO returns or exchange is accepted except for if it has a defect or damage that was not caused by misuse.

By default, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the return/exchange process but can be waived only at the discretion of the seller.
