Shipping policy

Order processing times:

Our orders typically take between 1-3 business days to process. Custom orders can take up to 5-7 business days to process. We often strive to process orders as fast as possible, but always try to order early to avoid delays.

Once the order is processed it is dispatched same day or the next business day.

Shipping times:

Within Greater Cairo: delivery within 1-2 business days (NOT including processing time) - Total shipping+processing time 2-5 working days

All other Governorates: delivery within 2-3 business days (NOT including processing time). Total shipping+processing time 3-6 working days

 

Gulf (GCC) Region: delivery within 3-7 working days from dispatch. Total shipping+processing time: 4-10 working days.
